Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Jesus Loves You apparel, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
